Nike’s forthcoming “New!” pack, which features crimson gradients and gingham imagery, exudes summertime fun, with a host of models joining in on the fun. A few models from the range have already been revealed, including the Air Max 90, Vapormax Plus, and Air Force 1. The Swoosh isn’t finished yet, as the Air Force 1 Pixel joins the pack.
Even though the Pixel is a women-only version of the AF 1, its approach to the “FRESH!” theme differs from that of its predecessor. The pair goes with a white, sleek leather base with glossy black side Swooshes. The tongue label has a Bright Crimson-based gradient with the collection’s distinctive gold “New!” label stitched below. To break up the solid white uppers, white laces have been replaced with a black and white gingham set. A stark white midsole has been replaced by an off-white “Summit White” unit with red and yellow blocks underfoot.
