80% of the materials used in its construction were recycled.

A brand-new version of the Air Max Pre-Day was unveiled by Nike. The shoe is one of the attempts of the footwear label to achieve a more sustainable design. This time around, a sleek black and grey makeover was offered to the silhouette.
Through the use of 20% of recycled materials in the building, this model reduces the harmful effect of the footwear industry on the environment. It has a low profile that is tapering towards the forefoot and is accentuated by its slimming colorway. The top of the shoe is a discreet Nike mark, followed by a display of reused eyelashes. On the sidewalls is a tone Swoosh, while the front and heel are covered with grey geometric panels. All these details are supported by a white center sole, finished with a translucent Air unit to add comfort and support.
On May 1. 7 p.m. EST on the Nike Japan website for Å15,400 JPY (around 142 US$), Nike’s Air Max Pre-Day “Black” is available.
