The Sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle Dark Iris is being officially viewed and is being unveiled alongside the “Sesame” colorway. The daring double tonal award for hybrid sneak looks of Chitose Abe, which combines the Nike Vaporfly elements with the emblematic Pegasus of 1983, is one of the four colors.
This time, the top of the shoe is in violet leather with suede and leather overlays. Contrasting orange midfoot Swooshes, dual tongues, and intertwined laces round out the details. Though Swoosh is silky, Swoosh Mini heel loops are marked with the “NIKE/Sacai” tongue, printed heel tabs, and printed slices. A hybrid-coated, central sole with a solid head lip and a black-banded waffle wing sole complement the shoe arrangement.
The Sacai x Nike Vaporwaffle “Dark Iris,” priced at $180, will be available on Nike SNKRS and at select retailers on April 29 at 10 p.m. EDT, alongside the “Sesame” colorway.
